MMM -METALLIC MICROMARKERS-

Metalic MicroMarkers - are microscopic nickel particles produced in variable shapes and sizes carrying optically variable information personalized by a variable alphanumeric code and holografic background.
DESTINATION:
µDot's are used for protection of various products, thus reducing the degree of security and possibilities of counterfeiting. It offers a compact option to protect valuables, impossible to detect in a routine visual inspection.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Support: Ni film;
  • Thickness: 0.7 µm;
  • Size: 200-800 µm;
  • Variable shape: hexagonal, octagonal, square, eliptical or custom shape;
  • Size of alphanumeric code: 60-200 µm;
  • Size of holographic background: height 80-200 µm, width 10 µm;
  • High durability and resistance to extreme temperatures, diluted acids and diluted alkalis;

AREA OF USE:

  • Secure high documents: uniformly dispersed in the paper surface with required density;
  • The automotive industry;
  • Banknotes protection;
  • Can be embedded in different materials: plastic, glass, inks, adhesives, paint, varnish etc.
